For partners

Put your experience in front of the right visitors, with no fixed costs and without changing how you work.

Looking to book an experience?

This page is for people who run experiences on the lake. If you want to book as a guest, another page is the right one.

How booking works for guests

What you get

You only pay when you sell

No joining fee and no monthly charge. We take a commission only on confirmed bookings, agreed with you before we start.

Guests you would not reach alone

The site is in five languages: Italian, English, German, Dutch and Polish. You write in Italian, we handle the translations.

Fewer calls, more bookings

Dates, times and free places are always up to date on the site. Guests book by themselves, even on a Sunday evening while you are out on the water.

Fewer no-shows

Guests pay when they book, get a reminder before the experience and see clear cancellation terms. People who have paid turn up.

Safe payments, on time

Payments go through Stripe. After the experience you get a bank transfer with a summary of every booking: no cash to chase.

You are not on your own

We are in Bardolino. We answer guests in their own language, before and after the booking, and if something goes wrong we deal with it.

Everything from your phone

Your bookings, dates and places are on one page made for a phone: open it, tap, done. Nothing to install and no password to remember.

Nothing to learn

We set the calendar up with you at the start and stay a message away. If you would rather not touch it, write to us and we update the dates for you.

How it works for you

  1. 1We meet

You write to us and we meet in person. We come and try the experience: that is how we can describe it honestly.

  2. 2We build the page

You write in Italian, we translate into the other four languages and take care of the photos. Together we set prices, duration, places, minimum age and any deposit.

  3. 3You connect your account

We guide you through opening a Stripe account: you need an ID and your IBAN. That is where your money arrives.

  4. 4Bookings come in

You get an email with the name, number of people, time and any special requests. The place is held automatically and your calendar updates.

  5. 5You get paid

The transfer leaves two days after the experience. Every month you get a summary of takings and commission, ready for your accountant.

Your page, in practice

It is one page, in Italian, that opens on any phone. This is everything it does:

  • See today's bookings: names, how many people, the time and any requests.
  • Close a date in one tap when the weather turns or the boat is in for repair. We tell the guests and handle the refunds.
  • Add dates and times for the weeks ahead, or repeat the same week.
  • Change the places left when a group grows or shrinks.
  • See what you have earned and what has already been paid to you.

And if you would rather not: for the first weeks we can keep the calendar for you. A message with your dates is enough.

What we do

  • We come and try the experience, then write it up and choose the photos with you.
  • We translate it into the other four languages and keep the page up to date.
  • We answer guests before and after the booking, in their own language.
  • We handle payments, refunds and the unexpected, and pay you after the experience.

What we ask of you

  • Keep the dates you publish here up to date, so nobody books a place that is gone.
  • Answer within a day when we write: there is usually a guest waiting.
  • Tell us straight away if something changes. We take care of the rest.
  • Charge here what you would charge the guest yourself. We are not asking for a discount: we only want people not to pay more for booking through us.

Partner questions

What does it cost to publish an experience?

Nothing. There is no joining fee and no subscription. We earn only when you earn: a commission on confirmed bookings, agreed with you before we start.

When do I get paid?

The transfer leaves two days after the experience has taken place, to the account you connected. It usually reaches your bank within a few working days.

Who invoices the guest?

You sell the experience, so you invoice the guest. We invoice you for our commission.

Can I stay on other portals?

Yes. No exclusivity: keep selling as you always have. We only ask you to keep your dates here up to date, so nobody books a place that is gone.

What if I have to cancel for bad weather?

Close the date and we take it from there: we tell the guests, offer another date or refund them. Safety first, and we do not hold it against you.

Who answers the guests?

Before the booking we do, in the five languages of the site. On the day the guest is with you, and your contact is in their confirmation.
