In short
While you browse the experiences we store nothing on your device, except the language if you choose it from the globe. A few technical cookies are used only at two moments: when you pay, because our payment provider Stripe uses them to protect you from fraud, and in the reserved area for partners and administrators, to stay signed in.

What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website saves on your computer or phone to recognise it during the same task or on later visits. Similar tools include the browser's own storage (for example "localStorage"). On this page we call them all cookies.
When you pay for a booking
Only on the payment page. Stripe states that it uses this data only to prevent fraud and for security, never for advertising, and without linking it across different sites. Your card details go straight to Stripe: we never see them.

Why we don't ask for your consent
The law (article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code, which implements the EU ePrivacy Directive) requires consent only for cookies that are not strictly necessary. The cookies on this page provide a service you asked for: paying safely for a booking, remembering the language you chose, or staying signed in to your reserved area. So, as the Italian Data Protection Authority's guidelines of 10 June 2021 provide, we inform you with this page without asking for consent.
If one day we use other cookies, for example for advertising, we will first ask your permission with a notice where you can accept or refuse just as easily. Until then we will not use them.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to other sites, for example Google Maps for the meeting point. Until you tap them, those sites receive nothing. If you open them, their own policies apply.
